Where are you located?

We are a proud East Texas online store in Tyler, TX 

 

When will my order ship?

All orders processed within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product details.

All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST will processed the following Monday.

 

What are my shipping options?

Free shipping is available on all orders. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time. 

 

How do I track my order?

If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact outdoorlatitude@gmail.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code. 

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. 

 

What Is your return and exchange policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

 

How long will delivery take?

We strive to deliver your shipment(s) as soon as possible. Most shipments from the US & EU takes 7-19 business days. Some products take longer - between 2-4 weeks as this is completely dependent on our supplier's location.

Do you have any discount codes I can use?

We regularly send out promotional codes in our newsletters, so be sure to sign up. You can also LIKE our Facebook Page where we will also offer promotions.

 

I’ve not received a confirmation email?

If for some reason you didn't receive any confirmation for orders, please contact us at outdoorlatitude@gmail.com and let us know so that we may assist you.

 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not! Although we would love to see you, Outdoor Latitude is an online store only.

 

Are payments secure?

ABSOLUTELY YES! All of our payment methods, and your online payment, including credit card are SECURE.

 

I've not received my order, what should I do?

Your satisfaction and shopping experience with Outdoor Latitude is our main priority. If you have not received your order within 15 days, then please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

 

The address on my order is incorrect?

Although we do everything we can to ensure our deliveries, we can't be responsible for this. If you have noticed this as soon as you placed the order then please contact us here straight away. If your order has been sent out with incorrect details then unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. If your order is returned to us as an RTS or failed delivery then we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.

 

Are there any factors that can cause delays in shipping?

We understand that waiting for your package can be frustrating at times, especially when there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please rest assured that we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates and work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

While most orders do arrive within the estimated time frame, we acknowledge that there may be occasional delays due to factors such as international logistics provider challenges.

What are the possible reasons for delays in tracking updates?

We understand the importance of tracking your shipment. While we strive for real-time tracking updates, we acknowledge that there may be occasional delay in the carrier's system reflecting the most recent status of your shipment. Rest assured, this does not impact the progress of your delivery. We are actively monitoring your package's progress internally, and if there are any changes in delivery timeframes, we will promptly inform you.
