We were looking for Christmas gift for our grandson, who loves outdoor activities, fishing, camping, hunting . I found this monocular and the price point was perfect. My husband thought it was an excellent gift for him and knew that our son would also love it. And he was right, father and son were very happy with it. It is a good size for smaller hands which also enables it to be stored in a small bag or compartment. We purchased a case for it to help protect it.

I'm going on an extended trip where I will be hiking and bird-watching. This is perfect in that it will serve as both a monocular and as a telescopic lens for my camera. Perfectly small and light weight for both packing and carrying. The monocular is powerful and provides clear, sharp images. It is VERY easy to install on the phone. As noted in other reviews, it is necessary to use a stand for taking pictures (too shaky otherwise) and I'm using a sturdier stand than the one provided. Given that a stand is necessary, impromptu pictures will be difficult, but that drawback is worth the added convenience to me. The attached images are something I quickly took to test the product when I received it.

Purchased this monocular for my dad as a Christmas gift. He loves gadgets and other “techy” items. This easily attaches to his iPhone and allows him to view things far away. What makes it even better is the ability to take a photo or video of the images visible through the monocular. The monocular is well built and pretty sturdy. Easy assembly and user friendly. I would recommend this for anyone looking to maximize the fancy camera features of their phones.

The scope is really easy to use and has very clear image quality. It can attach to regular-sized tripods, which is good because the little one is too small for any practical purposes. However, the phone attachment is super easy to attach and very effective. I gave this as a gift to my outdoorsman nephew and he was very happy. Attached is the first photo he took totally zoomed out on his phone and with the least magnification on the scope (because he was indoors).

I bought this for my mom for a Christmas present. She loves the National Parks and is trying to get more into hiking, so the size and idea of it made it an easy choice. My mom's not the most tech-savvy but within five minutes of opening it she texted me and told me she had set it up and was practicing taking pictures. I didn't want anything bulky or complicated for her, I just wanted something she could see wildlife with and take a few good pictures! I'm very pleased with this.

I've only used this a couple times, but the optics seem clear/crisp. Makes a great spotting scope - one eye "zoomed in", the other unaided for a wide view, allows you to lock on to moving targets - birds, etc. Yes, getting the thing mounted up to your camera is a bit finicky, but with a bit of practice, it works great. Just be prepared for a long-distance pic-taking session. Your not going to see something that is alive/moving, then decide to use this thing on your smart phone camera, and expect it to still be there. But still, just play with it a bit, you'll get a little process down, and it isn't too bad. Overall, quite happy with the price/performance ratio.

Every time I travel to different countries or just visit local parks there is always a moment where you want to see something that is far away from you, a bird, an animal, a statue, a building, etc. And I couldn't see it until I purchased this Monocular Telescope. It changed everything! Now every time I travel I take it with me and use it all the time. Example: I went to Mexico and took a tour to Maya pyramids. The tour guide was telling us different stories and various interesting info and then he pointed at the statue that was located on the top of one of the pyramids, but you can't climb there because they don't let you. So i pulled out this Monocular telescope and here you go, I saw it right in front of my nose. A few tourists also asked me to share it with them for a few minutes lol. Great product, feels solid, good quality, small size. Got to have it!
